Cancellation Policy

House of Gladitude Cancellation and Studio Policy: At House of Gladitude, we value your commitment to your wellness journey and strive to provide the best possible experience. To ensure fairness and consistency for all our students, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Class Cancellations • If there are no attendees registered, within 2 hours of the start of class time class will be canceled. Please register for classes 2 hours in advance to avoid class cancellations. If the studio cancels class, you will be refunded for single class purchase. • As a courtesy to other students please cancel or reschedule classes within 2 hours of the class start time. This also helps avoid future implementation of cancellation fees. 2. Workshops and Special Events • All workshop and special event purchases are non-refundable. 3. Memberships and Class Passes • Membership fees and unused class passes are non-refundable. Single classes may be rescheduled. • Monthly memberships may be paused or canceled with 30 days notice. 4. Exceptions • We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur. In rare cases (e.g., medical emergencies), exceptions may be granted at the studio’s discretion. 5. Studio Courtesy • Remove shoes- To help maintain the cleanliness of the studio, please remove shoes upon entering • Silence phones • Please try to arrive within 5 minutes before start of class. We understand things happen and we want you in class, if you are running late you will never be turned away. By implementing this policy, we aim to maintain the integrity of our schedule while encouraging students to stay committed to their practice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
